Health First, United Healthcare, and AFLAC Group plans

An individual Medical Insurance plan (through Health First) is available for purchase by employees. Kegman will contribute towards the annual premium per employee plan or family plan (amount based on type of plan), and these plans can be as simple or complex as you want.

Safe Harbor 401K Plan

American Funds

Kegman offers a Safe Harbor 401(k) benefit through “Dream Big. Save Smart.” American Funds® for all eligible employees that are at least 21 years of age, have completed 12 consecutive months of employment, and have worked a minimum of 1,000 hours. This plan includes Company Matching and Profit Sharing.  Company matching are fully-vested on our contribution–profit sharing is vested according to the company vesting schedule.  Kegman Inc. will match 100% of your salary deferrals (contributions) that do not exceed 3% of your compensation, and will match 50% of your contributions that fall between 3% and 5% of your compensation.

An affordable “through United Healthcare Dental Insurance plan is available for purchase by employees.   With some of the nation’s largest national and regional networks we offer our employees a full suite of dental plan options, each with a different level of choice, coverage and savings!

A comprehensive “through United Healthcare”  Vision Insurance plan is available for purchase by employees that covers annual eye exams, glasses and frames completely. We also cover select contact lenses (others are available with co-payment). In addition, members receive discounts on laser eye surgery!

Life Insurance in the amount of $50,000 dollars is provided to each employee. Additional individual “through United Healthcare”  Life Insurance plans are available for purchase by employees. They can be “That’s Right, It’s For You!” built for everyone, and can be as simple or complex as you want.

AD&D Insurance in the amount of $50,000 dollars is provided to each employee and “helping families in times of trouble” Kegman pays 100%  of the premium.  This benefit can help pay out-of-pocket costs such as deductibles, co-pays, and other expenses.

Kegman provides all employees “through United Healthcare” Long Term Disability Insurance and pays 100% of the premium

AFLAC

Short Term Disability Insurance is available for purchase by employees through AFLAC with the ability to choose a level of insurance coverage that best meets your STD needs.

Paid-Time-Off (PTO) benefit

  • Employment 0-12 months = 2 weeks/year
  • Employment 13-24  months = 2.5 weeks/year
  • Employment 25-36 months = 3 weeks/year
  • Employment 37-48 months = 3.5 weeks/year
  • Employment 49+ months = 4 weeks/year

Ten (10) Paid Holidays each year (Federal Holidays)
