Security Clearances

The majority of our positions require an active security clearance. Security clearances are only granted to U.S. citizens. The company, at its discretion, may share company profits.  Profit sharing allocations and distribution are made by the plan administrator (not Kegman).  These contributions are vested according to the company vesting schedule.

  • Employment 0-12 months = 2 weeks/year
  • Employment 13-24 months = 2.5 weeks/year
  • Employment 25-36 months = 3 weeks/year
  • Employment 37-48 months = 3.5 weeks/year
  • Employment 49+ months = 4 weeks/year

 

SKILLBRIDGE

Kegman provides transitioning opportunities to service members, with appropriate security clearances, a path to gain practical experience working alongside contractors in both DoD classified facilities and corporate headquarters environments. Members acquire knowledge by observing and participating in non-interference-based research, analyses, and in-depth study of geophysics, seismology, engineering, data analysis, system operations, logistics, and computer networking.

MORE OPPORTUNITIES

Kegman offers engineering mentorship to mentor new engineers as they look to grow in their field and advance their career.  Kegman's small size and IPT structure means new engineers spend much of their time working closely with experienced engineers with advanced degrees.  This environment provides for the training and experience engineers who wish to pursue their professional engineering licensure need to succeed.  In certain cases, Kegman may even cover the cost of training and exams for professional engineering licensing.
