Director of Contracts
Melissa Wilhelm is the Director of Contracts at Kegman Inc. She joined the company in February 2021. With over 25 years of experience, her background is in full life cycle contract management, export compliance, program management and procurement. As a military spouse, she has served in contracting and program management roles in several countries and brings a unique perspective to her role at Kegman. She has experience in both the services and manufacturing sectors. This perspective allows for total contract management from suppliers to customer delivery and close-out in a wide range of customer and acquisition types.
Senior Program Director
Lisa Shoemaker, a retired Lieutenant Colonel, joined the Kegman team in 2014 after retiring from a 22-year career supporting aviation and space launch operations in the Air Force. Her background is steeped in the sciences and program/personnel management, and she applies those skills to her role as Senior Program Director of Kegman’s Program Management Office.
Program Manager
Ron “Bud” Light is a retired U.S. Air Force senior leader with more than 30 years of experience leading intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance operations and managing defense acquisition projects. He joined the Kegman team in 2021 and provides program management support to Kegman’s Program Management Office.
