WHO WE ARE

Our Story

The top three company executives joined forces in 2011, leveraging their prior experiences as members of the military, civil service, and contractors, to found Kegman’s Government Services business unit.  Their greatest honor, serving this Great Nation.  From their meager beginnings working at Susie’s kitchen table to a dynamic, industrious small business that includes support to the U.S. Nuclear Treaty Monitoring mission and the US Space Force, they have demonstrated that hard work and commitment leads to success.

Kegman provides scientific research, engineering, data analysis, systems operations and maintenance, integrated logistics, and security clearance processing services to the Federal Government. We apply innovative, leading-edge technology and management techniques to deliver modern, agile, reliable, and affordable customer solutions.

Kegman is an Economically Disadvantaged Woman Owned Small Business (EDWOSB), Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB).

OUR COMMUNITY

A Message From the CEO/President

“Located just minutes east of Orlando lays impressive coastlines, great shopping, terrific sporting outlets, and some of the best priced Real Estate on Florida’s East Coast.  With just over 600,000 people located throughout the county, Brevard County has something to offer every age without the headache and stress of traffic and congestion.”

Our Booming Economy

Through the creation of Kennedy Space Center in 1969, Brevard County not only underwent a significant economic transformation, but also obtained its nickname, Space Coast Florida. Now over half a century later, the Space Center is still contributing to the county’s economic growth with 15,000 employees and is also joined by agriculture, citrus production, and the manufacturing of scientific and electronic equipment.

Space Coast Amenities

With Orlando only an hour away, you can have the booming experience of a metropolis with major theme parks like Disney, Universal Studios, or Sea World and major sporting events, shows, etc. and then come back to the serenity of the small town feel in Brevard County. Don’t be mistaken though! The Space Coast also has some terrific amenities as well.

Diverse Educational System

We know Education is Important…and Brevard County ranks among the best in the state when it comes to education. Here are just a few reasons why the county is so highly ranked:

  • Within the 10 largest districts, Brevard has ranked first in the number of grade “A” rated schools.
  • According to the Florida Dept. of Education, 5 of the top 10 Elementary Schools are in the District.
  • Brevard high schools lead the state in the number of students dual enrolled in secondary and college courses.

Year-Round Recreation

With its consistent climate, Brevard County has the ability to offer outdoor recreation nearly year-round. With more golf courses than any other place in the world, Florida is a well-known, popular destination for golfers. With 72 miles of beaches, Brevard County, specifically Cocoa Beach, is a well-known Mecca when it comes to surfing. Between Brevard’s major waterways, the Atlantic Intracoastal Waterway and the St. Johns River, this is a fisherman and boaters paradise.
